Configure your form elements by enabling and inserting or replacing your form elements’ labels in the available option fields to meet your requirements. Click on the “Generate Form Shortcode” button to create your form shortcode based on your configurations.
After the page reloads, scroll down to the bottom of the page where your newly configured form shortcode will be displayed. Click on the “Copy Shortcode” button to copy the form shortcode. Paste this shortcode where you want to display the form on your website.
The fields provided above are used solely to generate the “Form Shortcode.” Any changes made in these settings will not affect your form once you have copied and pasted the shortcode onto your pages. To apply changes to your form, you must copy the newly generated shortcode and paste it onto your page again.
