It is essential to add a Section::(Block Wrapper) before starting and breaking other blocks to ensure proper arrangement and functionality.
The Tabs Block allows you to organize your content into tabbed sections. It offers 48 unique built-in templates and layouts, each with a preview to help you choose the best layout for your needs.
Create Tabs (Posts)
Use “Add Content” button to add tabs content. Clicking “Add Content” triggers additional fields:
- Tabs Menu Title: Enter the title for each tab in the menu.
- Tabs Content By: Choose from the following options:
- Categories: Select categories.
- Tags: Select tags.
- Author: Select the post author.
- Posts: Select specific posts.
- Pages: Select specific pages.
- Recent Post: Select the post type (Post or Page) and choose the order by Date, Random, or Ascending order.
- Add More Content: Use the same process to add more tabs content. To display a tabs menu title, you must add more tabs content.
If you don’t want tabs menu title to show in the block, you just avoid adding more content than one.
Create Static Tabs
- Choose either Tabs Template 47 for horizontal tabs or Tabs Template 48 for vertical tabs.
- Select the “Choose tabs” field, which offers options to select from existing tabs or create different ones.
- If you choose “Select from Tabs,” an “Add Tabs” field will appear to select tabs field. To select the existing tab, you’ll need to install and activate the “LYNX Add-ons” plugin and enable LYNX Tabs and create a matching tabs there for the block.
- If you choose “Create new,” a “Create content [Static]” with an “Add content” button will appear. Clicking this button will reveal additional fields:
- Tabs Menu Title: Enter the title for your tabs menu.
- Tabs Content: Use the WP editor field to add content for the tabs.
- You can add more content by repeating this process. The tabs menu title will only appear if you add more than one (tab)content.
